Woodturning Open Shop with Alaska Woodturners Association
All Open Shop Sessions will be held at 720 W. 58th Ave, Unit E in Anchorage.
***Must be a member of AWA to take have access to the Open Shop Sessions***
AWA is offering Open Shop Sessions, that will give you the abaility to work on your own projects using the club’s lathes and tools (if you don’t have your own).
To sign up for the class go to the AWA website akwoodturners.org login (Member login my account) then go to Open Shop and complete your sign up.
The club has tools, safety gear for these session if you don’t have your own.
Cost is $25 per session
Wednesday September 23rd from 5:30-8:30 pm
Saturday October 10th from 1:30-4:30 pm (following a planned class)
Saturday October 24th from 9:00 am-noon
Tuesday November 3rd from 5:30-8:30 pm
