AWA is offering a woodturning tool sharpening class February 28th from 9 to noon. The class will focus on using the Wolverine and Tormek jigs. If you don’t have sharp tools woodturning is not much fun. Cost of the class is only $50 for current AWA members. Sign up for the class on the AWA website. The class is great for new turners and worthwhile as a refresher for other turners too. Bring your tools to the class and get them nice and sharp. If you don’t have tools yet we will provide some of the AWA tools for you to sharpen. Class will be held at Glass Sash & Door Supply, 500 E Ship Creek Ave.
